Introduction to the Hazel cluster. Covers logging in over SSH, navigating the UNIX filesystem, working with files and directories, loading software modules, and transferring data. No prior UNIX experience required.

Running Jobs on Hazel with SLURM

Picks up where the Tour of Hazel leaves off. Covers writing SLURM job scripts, submitting and monitoring batch jobs, requesting resources, and common job patterns for research workflows.

Globus Setup

Covers using Globus to transfer data to and from Hazel, including setting up an endpoint and transferring files to and from the cluster.
